About europacolon
Our Mission
"europacolon is committed to preventing deaths from colorectal cancer and improving the quality of life and support for those affected by the disease"
Our 3 Key Goals
- To create a European colorectal cancer community
- To ensure formal population screening and availability, improved choice and equitable access to best treatment and care throughout Europe
- To ensure the continued implementation of conformity to EU Recommendations, Guidelines and Policy
Positioning Statement
europacolon is the voice of the European colorectal cancer community. Its aim is to save lives by bringing together all key stakeholders in the fight against this deadly disease which is highly treatable if diagnosed early.europacolon is actively working with its Affiliates and Associates to prioritise and raise the profile of colorectal cancer and to promote and encourage increased awareness of the symptoms and prevention of the disease. We are campaigning foformal population screening programmes and conformity to EU guidance and policies throughout Europe.

We are working with patients, carers, clinicians, the media, the citizens of Europe, governments and the European Commission to create an effective and powerful colorectal cancer community.
